Dr. Noel spent her early life as a nomad, growing up in eight different states. She enlisted in the Army immediately following high school graduation, where she served four years as an Arabic Linguist.
Following her little sister’s diagnosis of hearing loss, she became fascinated by the field of audiology. She received her Master of Arts in Communicative Disorders and Sciences from Wichita State University, and her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Florida.
She spent the first seven years of her career caring for pediatric and adult populations at Boys Town National Research Hospital, and ten years in a private ear nose and throat practice setting.
Dr. Noel has resided in Omaha longer than she has lived anywhere else, and enjoys serving the community that has been her home since 2004. She spends her spare time parenting her children (and dogs!), volunteering for local non-profits (Basset and Beagle Rescue of the Heartland and Nebraska Ataxia are two of her favorites), and scuba diving in the ocean with her husband as often as they can slip away.
