Dr Kopetzky is very caring and professional. She makes suggestions about your care but does not pressure you into anything. Fortunately, I took her suggestions and I'm very happy with my hearing aids. Her follow-up care is top notch. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hearing needs.

Very personal attention!

The staff at Ascent Audiology & Hearing is so nice, and they make you feel right at home. I always get very personal attention and treatment. Nikki, the audiologist, really knows what she is doing and if there is a problem, she will stay on it until she gets it resolved. I was having a problem with my first set of devices, and after trying to address that she sent them back to the manufacturer and got me a new set. I have not had a problem since then. They are very good people, and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

A place I can trust and easily recommend without worry!

My husband went to Ascent Audiology & Hearing first and we both liked the way Dr. Kopetzky treated him. She is very people-oriented and knows what she is doing. She is friendly and really listened to my husband's needs and concerns. They offer a free hearing evaluation, so I went there for that. I felt like I came away with good information about my personal case. I also have some hearing loss like my husband and could be a candidate for hearing aids, but Dr. Kopetzky told me I could wait. I liked that it wasn't just a hard sell for products. We both felt like she was someone we could trust. She is a very genuine person, informative with clear explanations in regular terms. I'm not an audiologist and wouldn't understand technical jargon, but Dr. Kopetzky shared our test results with us with easy explanations. I highly recommend Ascent Audiology & Hearing!

My first visit was a very good experience!

The whole staff at Ascent Audiology & Hearing is very professional and direct. Everything was explained to me clearly. It was easy to make my first appointment with Ascent Audiology & Hearing. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office and had a good experience there.

They did a good job and delivered as promised!

I started going to Ascent Audiology & Hearing based on the recommendation of a friend. I've been very happy with the services of Dr. Nikki and her group. She got me all set up and going very quickly with hearing aids. The office is close to my house which makes it very convenient. Also, when I was traveling, Dr. Nikki gave me her phone number and told me to call her if I had any problems with the app or anything. It's comforting to know that she is so accessible and I can get help when I need it. The entire office is full of phenomenal people. I highly recommend Ascent Audiology & Hearing and Dr. Nikki!
